'Why So Serious?'

This latest tickle commission features Commander Ulysses Feral from Swat Kats, of which is the very first tickle pic of the character. This is another "What-if" scenario that happens in the Swat Kats episode, "Enter the Madkat", Feral is captured and trapped inside of a magical Jack-in-the-Box, because Madkat mistook him for the knight that wronged him in the past. After being captured by Madkat, Feral looked at his surroundings, there was nothing but endless emptiness with no ways of escaping. He suddenly heard the voice of Madkat: "Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha, So sir knight, how do you like your new prison?" Feral grew angry and responded in his usual egotistical manner, "I don't know why you keep calling me a knight, but you won't keep me here forever, I'll find a way out, and when I do, you won't be laughing anymore!"
Madkat sighed, "tsk tsk tsk, Oh good sir knight, why must you be so........serious? Always acting like the uptight, egotistical muscle-head you've always have been. Well, by the time I'm through with you, I will still be laughing, and.......So.......Shall........You!"
Suddenly, tentacles came out of nowhere and grabbed his wrists, waist, and ankles. Feral tried to struggle, but the tendrils were to strong. Some other tentacles started to rip off Ferals officer coat, and proceeded to rip off his white under shirt, leaving him bare-chested. Then some other tentacles tugged at his boots, pulling them off as well as his socks, leaving his large feet exposed. The tentacles then lifted Feral up into the air and pulled his arms behind his back, while another tentacle wrapped around his neck.
Feral stuggled in the tentacles tight coils. "Ngggghhhh, So what are you planning on doing to me?" Madkat responded with excitement, "Oh, quite simple, since your here to stay, I thought you and I could have a little fun together, lets start by hearing some good ol' laughter from you." Feral scoffed, "I have no time for such stupid games, now let me go!" Madkat only giggled, "Oh, we have all the time in the world, and you will laugh, but it looks like I'll have to do it the hard way, which is also my favorite way. Ha Ha Ha Ha"
Feral then saw a tentacle coming on his right side, he was still confused on what was going to happen. As the tentacle brushed up his right armpit, Feral jumped and felt a tingly feeling as the tentacle started to dig into his armpit. Feral then started to crack a smile, but held it in. Two more tentacles then appeared, one taking his left armpit and the other one joining the right pit. As the tentacles poked Feral's hairy pits more, he suddenly bursted out laughing. "Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha, Stohohohohohohop! Gyahahahahahahaha cut thahahahat out, nowhowhowhow! Ha Ha Ha Ha"
Madkat only laughed at Feral's helplessness, "Ha Ha Ha, whats wrong, O' fearless warrior, I thought your kind were so durable in situations like these. Ha Ha Ha, lets see how much more laughter we can get out of you." Two more tentacles emerged from the sides of Feral and started to brush and tweaked at his nipples. Feral's laughter increased abit, "Ha Ha Ha Ha, Heeeeeeey! he he he he Ha Ha Ha Stop that! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!" Madkat giggled at as his prey increased its laughter, "Ohhh, hit some sweet spots, did I? Well lets see if you have some other ones." Just then, three more tentacles came up and poked around his ribs, with one of them tickling in his navel.
"AAAAAAHHHH HA HA HA HA HA! Not There! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! Madkat grew more excited, "Ah, so that's what that button does. Ha Ha Ha Ha! Your doing wonderful, Sir Knight, but lets see if we can get you even louder, heh heh with the help of your precious little tootsies! Ha Ha Ha Six more tentacles then started to come up towards Ferals big feet.
"Noooooohohohohoho! Please! Ha Ha Ha Ha! No More! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! Have Mercehehehehehehe He He Ha Ha Ha Ha HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! BWHAHAHAHAHA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!" Bellowed Feral as all six tentacles brushed, poked and tickled his feet.
Feral was now a helpless laughing blithering idiot, a prisoner of the demotic Madkat. But the only thing that was frustrating Feral more then the wicked tentacles, was the fact that the Swat Kats were going to save the day again, instead of him.
